Q: How do I know which battery I need?
A: Count the number of caps on top of the battery and multiply by 2. Each cap or cell is 2 volts. You will know if your electric vehicle runs on a 6 v, 8 v or 12 v battery.
Now multiply the number of batteries x’s the voltage of each battery = the vehicle’s total system voltage. ie six 6 volt batteries equal 36 volt
